This riff on a Paper Plane features our Pinot Noir-finished whiskey and incorporates PX Sherry to elevate the whiskey's orchard fruit and dark chocolate notes.

Ingredients

1 1/2 parts Westward Whiskey Pinot Noir Cask
1/4 part PX Sherry
1/2 part Aperol
3/4 part lemon juice
lemon twist

Instructions

Combine ingredients over ice into a mixing tin and shake until mixed together.
Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
