This high-proof expression builds on one of Westward’s most beloved traditions: Pinot Noir cask finishing — reimagined in its boldest form.
Crafted from mingles of more than 20 barrels, this release draws from two lots created in 2023 and 2024 and aged beyond our standard expression. Finished in Pinot Noir casks sourced from partners across Oregon’s Willamette Valley, the whiskey reflects both place and patience — gaining deeper structure, richer fruit, and seamless integration through extended time in barrel.
Bottled in celebration of Oregon Wine Month, this release is a tribute to the collaborative spirit between our distillery and the vineyards we’re proud to call neighbors. It’s a style our members have consistently asked for — bold, expressive, and distinctly Westward.
Bottled at Cask Strength, 125 Proof (62.5% ABV)
