Enjoy Westward Whiskey Cask Strength in our version of a Buck cocktail, made with ginger beer and pineapple to highlight the caramelized sugar and baking spice notes of this award-winning whiskey.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 parts Westward Whiskey Cask Strength
- 1/2 part pineapple juice
- 3/4 part lemon juice
- 3/4 part Demerara
- ginger beer
- pineapple wedge
- bunch of mint
Instructions
- Combine ingredients, minus the ginger beer, over ice into a shaking tin and shake until mixed together.
- Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice and top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and fresh mint.
